This option will allow you to leave a detailed message that is checked regularly by our trained pharmacy technicians. No more waiting on hold. No more trying to explain to our reception staff what your pets medication is and what you need. Just leave a message and our staff will handle the request. Only our highest trained staff perform this task helping to insure that your request is handled expertly. They will check your pets medical record and obtain approval for the request by your pet's doctor.
